How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE on orders over $49 (remote areas excluded). For orders under $49, the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Because every BunnyLulu Original is handmade, occasional pieces may need an extra day or two during busy seasons — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I track my order?

Yes! A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your package ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry — carriers sometimes scan late. If anything looks off, just email us.

Discounts & Gifting

Do you have a first-order discount?

Yes — new customers get 10% off their first purchase with code NEWLULU (one use per customer).

Is your packaging gift-ready?

Very! Most of our keychains and plushies arrive in their own designed tin or gift box — ready to give the moment they arrive. No wrapping skills required.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! BunnyLulu Original is stocked by boutiques, toy stores, and gift shops. If you'd like to carry us in your store (or need a large quantity for an event), visit our Wholesale page — we reply within 24 hours with pricing and our line sheet.

Products & Care

Are BunnyLulu products really handmade?

Yes — each piece is handmade, which is why no two are exactly alike. Small variations in color and detail are part of each piece's unique charm.

How do I keep my plush looking its best?

Spot-clean gently with a slightly damp cloth and air dry. Avoid machine washing, soaking, or direct heat. If your plush arrives a little squished from shipping, a soft brush will fluff it right back up — and for best results, follow with a hair dryer on the cool setting: a gentle blast of air makes the plush extra fluffy, like the day it was made.

Are your products suitable for young children?

Our keychains and charms contain small parts and metal clips — they're designed as accessories and collectibles, and are best for ages 6 and up. Our larger plushies are made for all-ages cuddling.
