1. Our Products

  • All BunnyLulu Original items are 100% handmade. Slight variations in color, stitching, and size are natural characteristics of handmade goods, not defects.
  • Product images are for illustration; actual colors may vary slightly depending on your display.
  • Our plush keychains and accessories are collectibles intended for ages 3 and up; small parts may pose a choking hazard for young children.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise displayed in your selected currency at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

3. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are linked in the footer of this site and form part of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the BunnyLulu Original name, character designs, product photography, and text, is our property and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

6. SMS Marketing Terms

By consenting to BunnyLulu's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.

Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link provided in our messages. For help, text HELP to the number you received messages from, or email us. We do not charge for the service, but message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply.
